Auto glass quotes will send out emails to potential customers as long as you can capture their email address and input it into the system.

Here’s an example of the request for quote message:
The subject line of the email will be: Your Glass Repair Quote From Your Company Name

Hello Joseph,

This is a notification from Emergency Glass Repair Chicago about your recent quote for auto glass repair. To schedule this quote please call Emergency Glass Repair Chicago (630) 111-1111. Do not attempt replying to this email.

The second type of email message that goes out is when a work order is created.  The system will send a verification email to the customer to ensure that the correct part, price and date and time of install are accurate so you know for sure that you heard them correctly and are bringing the right piece of glass.  Here’s an example of what the message will look like.  Notice there’s a link for them to click to verify that the information is accurate and a second link for them to click in the event the information is inaccurate.  Once they click the Click here to confirm link the system will be updated and you can see that the work order has been verified within the view leads screen.

Hello Joseph,

This is a notification from Emergency Glass Repair Chicago about your glass repair scheduled for Sun Dec. 04, 2011 07:00 am to 12:00 pm. Please review the information in this email and let us know if there are any problems.

The third system email is a follow up email that gets sent just after you change the disposition of the lead from work order to completed.  The system will email the customer the following message:

Hello Customer (this will be your customers name),

This is a notification from Emergency Glass Repair Chicago confirming your recent auto glass repair has been completed on your 2000 Honda Accord 2 Door Coupe(the system will populate their vehicle info so it appears as if you took the time to send a custom message). If you have any questions, comments, or concerns with your service please contact us immediately. Take a moment to review us on the following sites:

The system also can send out a mass email to all quotes that haven’t booked and you have the option to drop the price of the existing quotes for all quotes or you can pick which quote you want to drop the price on and can alter the price drop by each individual lead if you need to.  Here’s what the system message looks like when it’s sent
